13 October 2024- Training Room 1 TATACARA Sdn. Bhd., Presint Diplomatik. Introduction The Reconcile Till Summary/Closure Application training course was held on the 13th of October 2024. The training was aimed to enhance participants’ skills in handling inventory management and pump control-related reports. The second day of the course consisted of several activities that were specifically designed to gain a deep understanding of report processing and analyses.
Activity Schedule
🕘 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM:
Pump test The session began with pumping examination, which involves participants given a brief exposure to the functions and uses of a pump in a fuel management system. The participants were taught how to conduct the test as well as diagnose arising problems.
🕙 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Report by Pump The session centered on how to write a report based on the pump test results. The instructor guided the participants on how to collect and then analyze data to generate a perfect report, which is well suited for monitoring pump performance.
🍽️ 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch The participants were given this period to off work for lunch and interaction with colleagues.
🕑 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Report by Product This session encompassed how to write a report patterned based on the product the pump supply. The instructor illustrated how to record and analyze production data, and then generate a report, which is appropriate for monitoring product inventory.
🕓 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: FIMR – Fuel Inventory Movement Report The last session of the day focused on how to conduct movement inventory fuel report writing. The participants were taught how to understand and conduct Fuel Inventory Movement Report and was shown how to generate one, which is vital for efficient inventory management.
Conclusion
Day 2 of the course accorded participants with the required knowledge and skills to produce reports of the system using the fuel pump and fuel inventory. With the various interactive activities, participants were better placed to understand the application of the report generation to the fuel management setting. The knowledge is expected to further enhance their efficiency in their routine performance.
